We had so much fun showing our instructors how clever we are.

We have been creating our own Letterland characters for Art. 
Here we are finishing off our creations. Don't they look amazing?

Wow!! How exciting. We got to meet 4 of the amazing 
players from the Wellington Phoenix Football Club.
They came to school today to meet everyone and answer 
some of our questions. Then we all went down to the 
bottom field to watch them play a game with some of 
the children from school. Everyone had such a great time. 
Finally the players signed autographs on footballs and 
Phoenix shirts. We all had a great afternoon...

Te Reo in Rata

Today Mr Kairua came to Rata to teach us some cool Maori songs. We also learnt some new words and how to say 'Time for Brain Food'.....Wa kai mote roro. 
We had lots of fun with Mr Kairua.
